Our
online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you
can be confident that when you send your details they will be
held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed
your credit card details are permanently removed from the website
The
price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of
our website at the time you place your order. If an error in
pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give
you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price
or cancel it. If you cancel, a full refund will be given. Your
credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.

Dates & Availability |
On
receipt of your order we will notify you of a delivery date.
We aim to despatch most orders to the delivery address that
you supply within 14 days of receipt. However, due to the nature
of the product, delivery times can sometimes be a little longer.
If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, then you
will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order
or chose alternative items. Your credit card will be debited
prior to despatch of your order. If you would prefer to check
in advance of ordering, then please telephone 01423 331897.
All
orders will be packed in chilled, insulated boxes and delivered
by either our staff or a reputable national overnight courier
service.
All
weights shown on our website are approximate. This is due to
the nature of the product and the fact that no two cuts are
the same. Weights shown are always fresh meat, net of packaging.
If
you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, then please
contact us to obtain a returns number. We will replace or refund
any defective goods in full.
We
are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information
we collect about you, to process your orders and keep you up
to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell,
trade or rent your personal information to others. We follow
strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of
information that you have given us.

or faxed to 01423 331897 before 5.30pm on the day of ordering.
