This year at Ainsty Farm Shop we will be making a few changes to keep us all as safe as possible. Please bear with us and we will do our best to make this a different but happy Christmas.
When you place your order we will ask you when you would like to collect. We will reserve you a place in the car park for half an hour and when you arrive we will put your order in your car boot. The sooner you order, the more choice of time slots there will be.
We will ask you for a deposit of £10. Don't worry, if your order is less than this, we will refund you later.
When you come to collect we will ring you the day before and take the rest of the payment or refund the difference if applicable. Then simply arrive at your designated time and park in your allocated bay and we will bring your order to you. If you need any other shopping, please come in to the shop as normal once we have your order in your car boot. If you are likely to overrun your time slot, please move your car to an unreserved bay so that we can look after the next customer and keep everything flowing.
Our Christmas order form is different this year... we have included more perishable items that would not have such a long date, for example cream, milk, smoked fish, fruit and vegetables. We are hoping to help those who do not wish to come into the shop at all as much as possible.
To help us look after everyone as safely as possible, we ask if you could please buy all of your frozen food, cereals, crisps, drink etc. in the run up to Christmas. We are happy to take orders for collection of these items up to Saturday 19th December. Please only ask for 'Christmas Orders' for collection 22nd to 24th December, anything else will be classed as a regular order. Please note we can still provide Christmas items within these regular orders.
If you suddenly find you are unable to come and collect your order, we can arrange for a courier to deliver to you.
